As we look back into the past couple of decades, it's apparent there's a shadow government operating on a global scale, not just in the United States. Evidence exists of this, in certain speeches made by multiple leaders touting the same talking points on various issue's. In this video, Canadian PM Stephan Harper was accused of plagiarizing a speech from Australian PM on the war in Iraq. I believe it wasn't plagiarized, they were provided with the same talking points from the Shadow Government. This is not the first instance of world leaders using almost identical talking points. Elections have made very little change in terms of agenda's. People are given the illusion of choice, but real change never comes. There's a reason for that.
In retrospect, a timeline of event's have unfolded and the Elite agenda is being exposed in real time.
To understand the events of today, it's important to understand how the Intelligence Agencies were started after the second world war.
In June of 1942, the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) was formed. The mandate of the OSS was to collect and analyze strategic information required by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and to conduct special operations not assigned to other agencies. The OSS went on to become the CIA. In January of 1946, US President Truman established the Central Intelligence Group (CIG), which became the CIA. The CIA was formed following WW2, and developed concurrently with Operation Paperclip. Operation Paperclip was a program largely carried out by special agents of Army CIC, in which more than 1,600 German scientists, engineers, and technicians, such as Wernher von Braun and his V-2 rocket team, were taken in from Germany to the United States, for U.S. government employment, primarily between 1945 and 1959. Many were former Nazi members, some were former leaders, of the Nazi Party. A significant amount was also disbursed to Canada, all were provided different identities. This is integral to understand, as this was an infiltration funded by the Eugenicists, the Rockefeller's, Bush Family and several other American's who funded WW1 and 2, and profited handsomely.
Israel became a country on May 14, 1948, with MOSSAD being founded on December 13, 1949. Same coin.
Knowing this history gives new meaning to what is unfolding today. It's clear there's been an infiltration of intelligence organizations into the US government, and nations worldwide. The question is, who controls these groups? The Bronfman and Maxwell Family are both intelligence assets. They got caught, along with Jeffrey Epstein- but it's clear there's a much bigger power structure yet to be exposed, who remain anonymous behind the scenes. The Maxwell's and Bronfman's controlled the massive blackmail/honeypot intelligence operations, but who controls them?
While researching the Sentinel program used by the FBI, I came across a timeline that seems to have been quite well orchestrated. The Ghislaine Maxwell/Jeffrey Epstein scandal is much bigger then can be imagined.
In 2000, the US FBI initiated its Trilogy program in order to upgrade FBI infrastructure technologies, address national security concerns, and provide agents and analysts greater investigative abilities through the creation of an FBI-wide network with improved user applications. They hired prime contractor SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation) and Chilead to begin this project. Who could have predicted that 1 year later, such a system would be deemed absolutely necessary for counter-terrorism efforts?
There's been many articles, and video's dedicated to Isabel and Christine Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell's twin sisters, and their tech company Chilead.com, Chilead contracted with SAIC to develop the FBI's new technology, that would become a shared database for the FBI, CIA, DOJ, NSA, DHS and FVEY countries. MOSSAD was able to develop a backdoor system across all US Government Agencies to control all information, including the ability to add or delete information to the shared Databases. Keep in mind, Sentinel is also used for FISA. Missing 302's?

As a caveat, I have to say, I do not subscribe to all of Whitney Webb's assertions, particularly in relation to President Trump, but the article is still chock full of great connections, and how MOSSAD was able to infiltrate the whole US Justice, Defense and Homeland Security System.
ACS, was the old system being used by the FBI prior to the introduction of the Trilogy Program (which was eventually called Sentinel) ACS was considered by Y2K a legacy system, made up of many separate stovepipe applications that were difficult and cumbersome to use. ACS was built on top of many obsolete 1970s-era software tools.
What was developed in 2000, was a Virtual Case File (or VCF). VCF is a software application developed by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The project was officially abandoned in April 2005, while still in development stage and cost the federal government nearly $170 million by 2005.
While researching this topic, I noticed another timeline that I found very significant. The timeline shows a coordinated effort prior to, and after 9/11 to incorporate such an integrated system, which began at the FBI.
In addition to the tragic and senseless loss of lives on 9/11, our freedoms were also stolen that day. It was the most horrific day, and my heart still bleeds for all the lives lost. In addition to lives lost, we gave up our freedoms in exchange for the perceived "safety" the government could provide by implementing extra "safety" measures. In reality, the event paved the way for the entire world to live in a perpetual surveillance state, and accelerated the plans and goals of the New World Order.
"The Intelligence Community (IC) reached consensus after 9/11/2001 on the importance of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) due to the changing nature of the global threat environment, the information explosion, and the changing intelligence requirements of the Intelligence Community. Voluminous amounts of information, much of it with potential application for use in intelligence operations, continue to challenge IC intelligence analysts’ capabilities to harness, and effectively use in finished all-source intelligence production."
Chiliad’s founders claim they were influenced by the space shuttle Challenger disaster and the 9/11 terror attacks. Investigations into both events concluded that information stored in incompatible databases and documents maintained by different departments and organizations could have allowed managers and officials to prevent those disasters. But there simply was no existing technology to “connect the dots” across so many incompatible systems and organizations. Efforts to solve this problem hastened development efforts within Chiliad and drove the first deployment of Chiliad’s software within the U.S. intelligence community to create a virtual knowledge environment across distributed information stovepipes, databases and applications.
Chilead software was praised, as solving all the issue's that arose on 9/11. It went on to create the Counter-Terrorism Investigative Data Warehouse, based on the 9/11 Commissions most pointed recommendations.

There were some pretty significant player's involved, and when looking at the timeline of many of the main perpetrators, most were career officials, especially in the FBI. There is a massive cover-up happening on a larger scale than can be imagined that spans across at least 5 past administrations.

However, he was not consulted on all appointments, including that of his old rival, Donald Rumsfeld, as Secretary of Defense.
From 2000-2005 The Trilogy Project began at the FBI, hiring SAIC with Maxwell's company Chilead.
George Bush Jr, Elected President from January 20, 2001 – January 20, 2009. He was reading the book "The Pet Goat" to a classroom when notified of the first plane hitting the first tower.
This was a cabal ritual.
1996 to 2001, Comey was Managing Assistant U.S. Attorney in charge of the Richmond Division of the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
1998-2001 Robert Mueller was the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California and held that position until 2001.
March 2001-John Brennan became deputy executive director of the CIA.
July 5, 2001 Robert Mueller was nominated FBI Director by President Bush Confirmed by Senate 98-0. He served as Acting Deputy Attorney General until September 2001. Mueller became FBI Director, one week prior to the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
In August 2001-2006-James Clapper left private industry, including two years as president of the Security Affairs Support Association, an organization of intelligence contractors to serve as the Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) After the September 11, 2001 attacks, NIMA partnered with the U.S. Geological Survey to survey the World Trade Center site and determine the extent of the destruction.
2002-2003-Comey Was US Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Post 9/11
2003-2004-John Brennan became director of the newly created Terrorist Threat Integration Center, an office that sifted through and compiled information for President Bush's daily top secret intelligence briefings and employed the services of analysts from a dozen U.S. agencies and entities.
2003-2005-Comey became US Deputy Attorney General under President George Bush.
In 2005, the FBI awarded the new Sentinel contract to Lockheed Martin, to deploy the Sentinel System by 2009.
This article in 2006, was praising the new FBI database that now had more then 659 million records after criticism was emerging about the project taking so long to complete.
2005-2010-Comey became Senior Vice President of Lockheed Martin as General Counsel. Coincidence?
The Bureau's IT staff took over the project in 2010, the SAME year Comey left Lockheed Martin. They increased the total cost of the system by $26 million to $451 million, as it was still not finished for use. What other covert system was being set up that wasn't being disclosed? Those who own access to information, hold all the power.
"An audit of the project found that only four of 18 forms that were meant to be web-based had been migrated to Sentinal, leaving FBI agents, by and large, on the print treadmill." Where did these millions of dollars go, and why so little progress?
2009-Barack Obama was elected President Of the United States.
2009 to 2013-Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State. Her homebrew server was set up in the basement of her Chappaqua home. She changed email addresses, from her longstanding email, hr15@att.blackberry.net, and switched to a new account: hrod17@clintonemail.com. When she switched accounts, all of her old email disappeared—including all of the email from her first seven weeks as Secretary of State. To date, neither Clinton nor the FBI have located any of her email from that period.
In 2009, American Whistleblower Edward Snowden left the CIA, to work for the NSA. Snowden did contract work with Booz Allen Hamilton, the same agency James Clapper worked for from 1995 to 1998 as executive director of military intelligence programs . He copied and leaked highly classified information from the National Security Agency (NSA) His disclosures revealed numerous global surveillance programs, many run by the NSA and the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance with the cooperation of telecommunication companies and European governments, and prompted a cultural discussion about national security and individual privacy.
In 2010 James Comey became General Counsel at Bridgewater, who's founder Ray Dalio, had the world’s largest hedge fund at the time. Ray Dalio is a philanthropist, whose wife Barbara is a descendant of sculptor Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney. In April 2011, Dalio and his wife joined Bill Gates and Warren Buffett's Giving Pledge, vowing to donate more than half his fortune to charitable causes within his lifetime. In 2018 he developed OceanX, a foundation with ties to TerraMar. Coincidence?
In 2010-the company Cargometrics was founded by Scott Bjorgenson who would later go on to marry Ghislaine Maxwell. Cargometrics has been dubbed the "NSA of Global Trade." The Maxwell Family has amassed control over the entire Globe's internet information, including the ocean. What could nefarious actor's do with such power?
On June 5, 2010-President Barack Obama nominated James Clapper as United States Director of National Intelligence. Clapper was unanimously confirmed by the Senate for the position on August 5, 2010.
In May 2011, history was made when President Barack Obama asked Robert Mueller to continue at the helm of the FBI for two additional years beyond his normal 10-year term, which would have expired on September 4, 2011. The Senate approved this request 100–0 on July 27, 2011.
Why would Obama need Mueller to remain in the position for an additional 2 years? Would it have anything to do with needing somebody "in the know" to complete the Sentinel Project?
September 11, 2012-Benghazi Attack
On January 7, 2013, President Obama nominated John Brennan to be director of the Central Intelligence Agency
On May 20, 2013, Snowden flew to Hong Kong after leaving his job at an NSA facility in Hawaii, and in early June he revealed thousands of classified NSA documents to journalists Glenn Greenwald, Laura Poitras, and Ewen MacAskill.
In June 2013, Mueller defended NSA surveillance programs in testimony before a House Judiciary Committee hearing. He said that surveillance programs could have "derailed" the September 11 attacks. Congressman John Conyers disagreed: "I am not persuaded that that makes it OK to collect every call." Mueller also testified that the government's surveillance programs complied "in full with U.S. law and with basic rights guaranteed under the Constitution". He said, "We are taking all necessary steps to hold Edward Snowden responsible for these disclosures."
June 2013 James Clapper was accused of perjury following the leak of documents detailing the NSA practice of collecting telephone metadata on millions of Americans' telephone calls. He told a congressional committee hearing that the NSA does not collect any type of data on millions of Americans earlier that year. This was an outright lie.
On September 4, 2013, Robert Mueller was replaced as FBI Director by James Comey, appointed by President Barack Obama. Two self professed "Republican" FBI Director's. Why would they need to remain in their positions for so long following 9/11? They were terrified of an "outsider" taking the reigns, and these two had been acting as gatekeepers since the 9/11 attacks.
The Mainstream Media was even questioning what happened with the Sentinel system, after some 453 million dollars had been spent with no results, until the FBI's own IT department took over to finally complete the project. They hired their own assets.
"After years of frustration and hundreds of millions of dollars lost on a system that didn't work, the FBI has finally deployed a new $451 million computer system called Sentinel."
So, what happened during the 10 years these contractors were hired, including the Maxwell company Chilead? Think for a moment about Hillary Clinton's illegal server in her basement bathroom. Who really set it up, and what did it connect to? We've been told China was able to access her information, but who else? Was this part of the elaborate "shadow government" Sentinel setup, where information could be shared to MOSSAD, and other foreign actors for profit? It seems millions of dollars were spent on a system, with very little progress or results for 10 years. In that time, it seems another system was integrated and set up independent of the regular Sentinel system in my opinion. This is evidenced by all of the missing 302's and paperwork during General Flynn's Trial, in addition to Hillary Clinton's midyear exam.

Who else was present during 9/11? President Trumps personal lawyer, Mayor Rudy Guiliani. What does he know about the events surrounding 9/11?
Is it a coincidence that WTC Building 7 was also the headquarters of Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s Office of Emergency Management, which housed the mayor’s infamous 23rd-floor “bunker”—the command center from which he planned to run the city during some terrible, unthinkable crisis. Unfortunately, when that crisis did come, the bunker (and large diesel tanks equipped to fuel it) were destroyed, leaving Giuliani to direct the city’s response from the dust-strewn streets below. A tower not hit by a plane, was brought down in a controlled demolition. Was Rudy supposed to be in that tower when it collapsed? Reports stated WTC7 was "weakened" by the planes hitting the other two towers. It's quite clear WTC7 was a controlled demolition.
There's a reason a the Elite are attacking President Trump, and Rudy Giuliani so vociferously. They had likely been spying on President Trump for many years prior to running for President. We're about to find out in the months to come who else they were spying on, and why? Nothing is as it seems.
