On Wednesday, October 20, 2021 President Trump made a huge announcement. He announced plans to merge Trump Media and Technology Group with Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC) to form his own Media Platform in an effort to provide an alternative free speech platform after President Trump and his followers have been banned by social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
The social network, set for a beta launch next month and full rollout in the first quarter of 2022, is the first of three stages in the company's plans, followed by a subscription video-on-demand service called TMTG+ that will feature entertainment, news and podcasts, according to the news release.
I can personally attest to the extreme censorship by big tech, as Canuck News has been banned from engaging on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram You Tube, and Patreon for expressing my support of President Trump and his America First Agenda. Having left a twitter account with 40,000 followers, I am excited to continue to fight for free speech on the new platform when released, and may even begin my own podcast with no fear of censorship or deplatforming.
Big Tech banned President Trump from using their social media platform's following the January 6 Protest of the 2020 US Election, which was stolen by Joe Biden. Twitter and Facebook continue to this day to allow Human Traffickers, Illegal Immigration Rings, and Terrorist's including Isis and the Taliban to thrive on their social media platforms-free to express their radical ideology and commit crimes, while banning the 45th President of the United States.
Since the announcement, shares of Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC) soared more than 335% today after the company announced the plan to merge with Trump Media and Technology Group.
This is what makes Big Tech nervous. The loss of control. The loss of the narrative. The loss of income. The inability to shadow-ban our favorite President of the United States-and us, We the People.
When President Trump's platform goes live, there will be an exodus of the remaining freedom loving Patriots that still remain on Twitter, and Facebook-including those of us Conservative Voices from around the world who have been silenced by Big Tech. There are thousands, if not millions of us who were silenced following the January 6th Protest at Capital Hill.
While radical left wing twitter users are bragging today about creating fake President Trump accounts on the social media site Truth Social, the shares Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC) sky rocketed before beta testing has even begun, Facebook struggles to find a new name for the platform in an effort to rebrand itself. These corrupt Silicon Valley platforms will collapse under their own weight.
Today, DWAC was among the top 10 most popular names on Reddit’s WallStreetBets chatroom, even exceeding meme stock GameStop’s mentions. I'm sure it's just a coincidence!
I for one applaud President Trump on his new acquisition, and thank him for protecting free speech for Conservative voices. As he has said many times-they are not after him, they are after US. An awake population is what they fear most.
