The Ghislaine Maxwell Trial Begins Today-What to Expect

Updated: Nov 30, 2021

The long anticipated Ghislaine Maxwell Trial begins today, November 29/21. What can we expect from the trial?

Ghislaine Maxwell will be tried by a jury of her peers. She will be tried for the following charges:

  1. Count One: Conspiracy to Entice Minors to Travel to Engage in Illegal Sex Acts.

  2. Count Two: Enticement of a Minor to Travel to Engage in Illegal Sex Acts.

  3. Count Three: Conspiracy to Transport Minors with Intent to Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity.

  4. Count Four: Transportation of a Minor with Intent to Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity.

  5. Count Five: Sex Trafficking Conspiracy.

  6. Count Six: Sex Trafficking of a Minor.

  7. Counts Seven and Eight: Perjury (stemming from allegedly false deposition testimony during a civil suit).

According to the 24-page superseding indictment, Maxwell was involved “in the sexual exploitation and abuse of multiple minor girls by Jeffrey Epstein.” From approximately 1994 to 2004, Maxwell “assisted, facilitated, and contributed to Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of minor girls by, among other things, helping Epstein to recruit, groom, and ultimately abuse victims known to Maxwell and Epstein to be under the age of 18.” Some victims were as young as 14 years old.

Given the Prosecutor Maureen Comey, James Comey's daughter will be one of the lead Proscutors trying the case, I don't believe we are going to learn much more then has already been made public. Given her father's own involvement with Jeffrey Epstein, you can bet she will not be trying Maxwell in an aggressive manor. I reported on the FBI's new computer system having used Maxwell's sister's company CHILEAD while developing the FBI's new system Sentinel following 9/11.

We will likely not discover the contract work Maxwell and Epstein did for many of the government's around the world. I can only hope there are secret Grand Jury Investigations happening in the background.

Will Maxwell's victims find the justice they so deserve? Time will tell, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

The judge residing over the trial US District Judge Alison Nathan was recently nominated to a seat on the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals by the Biden Administration, but the judge said she will continue to preside over Maxwell's trial. Seems there is a pay-off in the works for a favorable outcome, and the trial hasn't even started.

Expect no mention of Jean-Luc Brunel, Rachel Chandler, Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew. This will purely be in relation to the charges being brought by the victims.

We may discover Maxwell's two main co-conspirators in the operation. As we know the identities from years of research into Epstein and Maxwell, this news will not be earth shattering. What it will do is force the mainstream media, who has been providing cover for the duo, to report on the co-conspirators. There will be no live press allowed in the courtroom, no photo's taken. So much for transparency!

Let's see what happens!
